Studio to let beginning 2019!

We encourage international and national artists to apply for a temporary studio in the BLO studio space, a green oasis in the centre of Berlin.

The studio is about 60 m2 on the ground floor. It consists of a bright individual room. A third of it is separated by a wall. The studio is meant for work only. The duration oft the lease is about 6 months.

The rent for a month is 325,00 € including electricity, heating and internet. Toilets and a shower are available in the adjacent bathroom. A deposit of 150,00 € is to be paid on completion of the contract an shall be refunded at the end of the lease – if there is no need to charge it against any expenses incurred for final cleaning and redecoration of the studio, if required.

We would like the artists to present or exhibit their work at the end of the lease. We can assist with advertisement material and publicity throughout our network.

Applications for the time period 2019:
1st round of application for the new rental period from September 2019 onwards.
